Ingredients
30 Large tender corns
1 pound of Cheese
1 pound of Fresh cream
1 pinch of Salt
2 tablespoons of Sugar
2 cups of Milk
Preparation
Step 1 : The corns are washed and shelled, then mixed with cheese, salt, sugar, and milk to form a dough.
Step 2 : The mixture is placed in corn husks and carefully wrapped.
Step 3 : They are cooked in a pot with water and husks of tuza or banana at the bottom, using steam for 2 hours.
Step 4 : Let cool before serving.
