Ingredients

1 tablespoon of Aceite

4 pounds of Chorizo en rodajas

2 Dientes de ajo picados

1 cup of Cebolla picada

½ cup of Pimiento picado

1 cup of Tomate en cubos

2 cups of Arroz

4 cups of Agua

1 Sobre de sabor y color

1 pound of Pollo cocido y deshilachado

½ pound of Jamón en trocitos

½ cup of Cilantro picado

Salsa inglesa

Preparation

Step 1 : In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté the garlic, onion, bell peppers, tomato, and chorizo until browned.

Step 2 : Then, add the rice, Sabor y Color, the water and stir.

Step 3 : Next, add the chicken, ham, and combine well.

Step 4 : Then, cover the saucepan and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat or until the water reduces.

Step 5 : Once the rice is drier, add the Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, stir, and let it cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 6 : Finally, serve and enjoy warm.
