Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef

1 kilogram of Beef with bones

1 kilogram of Cassava

2 Sweet peppers

2 Large onions

5 Garlic cloves

1 Squash

1 Large green plantain

2 Chayotes

2 Carrots

1 Cabbage

Chopped cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with plenty of water, cook the beef and beef bones along with the sweet peppers, onions, cilantro, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper to taste for an hour.

Step 2 : Then, add the vegetables starting with those that take longer to soften, such as cassava in pieces, carrots, and green plantain.

Step 3 : After several minutes, add the chayotes, cabbage, and squash.

Step 4 : Once the vegetables are soft, turn off the heat and serve accompanied with rice.
