8 Cannelloni

1 kilogram of Mozzarella cheese

1 liter of Milk

3 tablespoons of Butter

1 Onion

1 Garlic clove

1 tablespoon of Flour

1 tablespoon of Sugar

1 pinch of Nutmeg

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, place the cannelloni in a pot with enough water and a pinch of salt once the water is boiling.
