Ingredients

Enough oil

½ Onion

3 Garlic cloves

2 Bell peppers

2 Tomatoes

½ pound of Ground beef

2 cups of Rice

¼ Cabbage

Vinegar

¾ cup of water

1 ½ cup of Flour

1 Egg

5 Tortillas

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a hot pan with oil, fry the onion, bell peppers, and garlic.

Step 2 : Next, add tomatoes, salt, ground beef, and cooked rice.

Step 3 : For the salad, prepare by grating cabbage and adding tomato, onion, vinegar, and salt to taste.

Step 4 : Prepare the flour dough with water and egg, beating until desired consistency is achieved.

Step 5 : Fill the tortillas with the beef and rice mixture, cover with the flour dough, and fry the enchiladas in hot oil.

Step 6 : Serve the enchiladas with the salad on top and ready to enjoy.
