Ingredients
10 Pipianes
1 pound of Grated dry cheese
5 Eggs
1 pinch of Salt
1 cup of Flour
2 cups of Frying oil
Preparation
Step 1 : The pipianes or chayotes should be peeled, cut in half, and seeds removed.
Step 2 : Then, semi-cook them for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3 : Next, stuff them with grated cheese.
Step 4 : Continue by coating the stuffed pipianes with flour and beaten egg.
Step 5 : Fry the pescozones until golden on both sides.
Step 6 : Serve and enjoy with your family.
