Pipian Stew

4 Pipianes
1 Tomato
4 tablespoons of Cream
1 pinch of Salt
2 tablespoons of Flour
2 tablespoons of Butter
2 tablespoons of Tomato sauce
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, the Pipianes cut into squares and previously washed should be cooked until softened, approximately for 30 minutes.
Step 2 : In another pan, place the butter and a little oil, and add the tomatoes in small pieces to sauté them.
Step 3 : Once sautéed, integrate the Pipianes with the flour dissolved in a little water, the cream, the tomato sauce, and salt to taste.
Step 4 : Let it sauté for about 5 minutes before serving.
