Pork Ribs with White Beans

Ingredients

4 tablespoons of Lard

2 pounds of Prepared pork ribs

1 cup of Lard

1 ½ Chopped onion

3 Chopped bell peppers

3 Chopped garlic cloves

3 Chopped tomatoes

1 ½ pound of Cooked white beans

Broth

4 tablespoons of Sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, heat the lard and brown the pork ribs until they are well cooked and golden.

Step 2 : In another pot, melt the lard and add the chopped onion, bell peppers, and garlic.

Step 3 : Sauté for a few minutes, then add the chopped tomato.

Step 4 : Cook for a few more minutes and add the white beans with a little broth.

Step 5 : Mix well and let it boil.

Step 6 : Integrate the beans with the ribs, mix well and cook for a few additional minutes.
