Rice with gaspar

Ingredients

1 kilogram of Fish gaspar

½ kilogram of Rice

2 Chiltomas

1 Carrot

3 Tomatoes

1 Onion

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, enough water is placed and brought to a boil along with the tomatoes, onions, and chiltoma.

Step 2 : Once cooked, add the rice and cook until ready.

Step 3 : Separately, cook the Gaspar and once ready, chop it into small pieces to add to the rice.
