6 Pieces of yuca

6 Pieces of malanga

4 Green bananas

2 Green plantains

2 Ripe plantains

1 Oregano leaf

1 Onion

4 Garlic cloves

3 Bell peppers

4 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

4 tablespoons of Tomato sauce

1.5 tablespoon of Mustard

Step 1 : In a pot, add the coconut milk, yuca, malanga, green plantain, ripe plantain, onion, garlic, oregano, bell pepper, and meat.
