Rondon de chacalines
Ingredients
½ pound of Chacalines
2 Cocos
2 Green plantains
1 pound of Cassava
Oregano
1 pinch of Salt
1 Chile cabro
1 cup of Flour
1 teaspoon of Bicarbonate
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, first peel the coconuts and extract the milk with 2 liters of water, set aside.
Step 2 : In a separate pot, heat the milk and add salt to taste and oregano.
Step 3 : When it starts boiling, add the plantains and cassava in pieces, letting them boil for 25 minutes or until well cooked.
Step 4 : Dumplings are made by mixing the flour with bicarbonate in half a cup of water, forming a dough.
Step 5 : Then form the meatballs and add them to the recipe.
Step 6 : Five minutes before removing the Rondon from the heat, add the chacalines and the dumplings.
Step 7 : Finally, add the whole chile de cabro and serve.
