Ingredients

½ kilogram of Beef

1 Onion

4 Garlic cloves

½ cup of Lemon juice

4 Bell peppers

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with enough water, cook the meat in pieces with two garlic cloves, half an onion, salt, and pepper to taste for one hour.

Step 2 : Then, chop the rest of the ingredients into small pieces and finely chop the meat, you can use a food processor.

Step 3 : Once everything is chopped, add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste to adjust the flavors.

Step 4 : Mix everything and serve.

Step 5 : It can be accompanied by salad, plantains, avocado, or rice.
