Ingredients
8 Punches
1 cup of Vinagre
½ kilogram of Arroz cocinado
4 Huevos cocinados
1 Huevo batido
2 Chiltomas
2 Cebollas medianas
1 tablespoon of Mostaza
Salsa inglesa, sal, orégano, pimienta, aceite
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot with enough water, the punches are cooked.
Step 2 : Then, they are cut and the filling is extracted.
Step 3 : On the other hand, in a skillet with oil, chopped chiltomas, small pieces of onions, the filling of the punches, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4 : Afterwards, the rice is mixed with this sautéed preparation and the punches are filled.
Step 5 : Later, they are dipped in beaten egg and fried in enough hot oil.
