Tomato Steak

Ingredients

6 Seasoned steak

Oil

1 Chopped onion

Chopped garlic

4 Crushed tomatoes

1 Sliced tomato

1 cup of Beef broth

Bitter orange juice

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1 : In a hot skillet with oil, brown each steak on both sides, remove and set aside.

Step 2 : In the same skillet, add a little oil and sauté the chopped onion, add the chopped garlic and, when the onion is translucent, add the crushed tomato, mix and season.

Step 3 : Add half a cup of broth and mash it a bit with a potato masher.

Step 4 : Then add the rest of the broth and a splash of bitter orange juice, pepper, and stir to combine everything.

Step 5 : Place the steaks in the skillet with the sauce and place the tomato slices on top, season.

Step 6 : Cook over medium heat for a few minutes until the tomato softens.

Step 7 : Turn off the heat and serve.
