Ingredients

15 Fresh corn with husk

1 pound of Cheese

1 pound of Fresh cream

3 cups of Sugar

3 cups of Milk

3 tablespoons of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the yoltamales, carefully remove and wash the corn husks.

Step 2 : Then, shell the corn cobs and finely grind with cheese, sugar, salt, and milk.

Step 3 : Next, place two overlapping corn husks, add some of the mixture, and seal tightly.

Step 4 : Yoltamales should be placed in a pot with water and twigs at the bottom, and cooked over low heat for 2 hours.

Step 5 : Once ready, you can enjoy the delicious yoltamales with cheese or accompanied by a cup of coffee.
