Ingredients

3 cups of Coconut water

2 Slices of grated rapadura sweet

¼ cup of Tamarind extract

5 cups of Grated dried coconut

Cinnamon sticks

¼ cup of Sugar

cup of Grated yuca

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, combine the coconut water, rapadura sweet, tamarind juice extract, dried coconut, cinnamon sticks, and sugar.

Step 2 : Cook until the liquid reduces for approximately 40 minutes, then lower the heat.

Step 3 : Add the grated yuca and mix, allowing it to cook over low heat until the liquid is no longer visible.

Step 4 : Then, turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.

Step 5 : On a tray lined with wax paper, take portions of the caramel with a spoon, and it's ready to enjoy.
