Buñuelos

Buñuelos, so beloved by Nicaraguans on special occasions, are a crunchy delight on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Their aroma of cinnamon and orange zest makes them an irresistible treat for both young and old.

Buñuelos are a very popular fried delicacy in many Latin American countries.

They are made with a dough based on flour, eggs, and yeast, which is then fried in plenty of hot oil until golden and crispy.

They are usually sprinkled with sugar or drizzled with honey or syrup, making them a true temptation for any special occasion.
