2 pounds of Sugar
4 Egg whites
½ tablespoon of Vanilla
Aniline or coloring

Step 2 : Once the desired stage is reached, remove from heat.
Step 3 : In a separate container, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, which takes about 10 minutes.
Step 4 : Then, gradually incorporate the syrup into the egg whites while continuing to beat without interruption.
Step 5 : After approximately 5 minutes, add vanilla and coloring, if desired.
Step 6 : Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large, semi-opened nozzle.
Step 7 : On a baking tray, pipe the mixture in rose shapes or small balls.
