Fritters are a crunchy and sweet delight enjoyed in many Latin American cultures. They are made with a smooth, shiny dough that is rolled out, cut into pieces, and fried until golden and appetizing.
At the end, they are sprinkled with sugar and served with a thick, flavorful honey infused with cinnamon, clove, and a hint of lemon.
