2 liters of Milk

1 pound of Sugar

2 Cinnamon sticks

1 pinch of Baking soda

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, bring the milk, sugar, and cinnamon to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.

Step 2 : After one hour of cooking, add the baking soda dissolved in water and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.

Step 3 : Once the mixture is ready, pour it into a tray and let it cool.

Step 4 : Then, cut it into the desired shapes before serving.
