Nicaraguan Manuelitas
Ingredients

1 cup of Flour
1 cup of Milk
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon of Melted butter
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 pinch of Nutmeg
4 tablespoons of Sugar
1 pinch of Salt
2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
1 cup of Fresh cheese
5 tablespoons of Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, mix the flour with the milk, melted butter, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, and a pinch of salt until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Step 2 : In a hot skillet with a little oil, pour in a small amount of the mixture, spreading it across the skillet, and cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Step 3 : Then, set aside.
Step 4 : Mix the 4 tablespoons of sugar with the cheese and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Step 5 : Finally, assemble the manuelitas by placing the filling in the middle of each and rolling them like tacos.
