Ingredients

1 pound of Orange peels

2 pounds of Sugar

3 Cinnamon sticks

Preparation

Step 2 : Then, the raw peel should be ground in a hand mill or blender, and the resulting pulp should be washed in a cloth sack to remove the juice.

Step 3 : Next, the peel is placed in a dry place for one day.

Step 4 : In a separate pot, mix water, sugar, and cinnamon to make a thick syrup or honey.

Step 5 : Add the dried, ground sour orange peel to this honey until the peel absorbs the syrup and reaches a firm consistency.
