Ingredients

Perrereque

2 cups of Corn dough

1 Butter bar

1 cup of Milk

4 Eggs

1 cup of Curd

1 ½ cup of Sugar

2 tablespoons of Baking powder

Salt and cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, place the corn dough along with the butter bar, milk, and eggs.

Step 2 : Mix all ingredients until a smooth, lumps-free dough is obtained.

Step 3 : Once the dough is ready, add the curd and mix again.

Step 4 : Add the sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon to taste, and stir well.

Step 5 : Pour the mixture into a previously greased mold.

Step 6 : Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the mold inside.

Step 7 : It is important to preheat the oven before placing the mold.

Step 8 : After an hour and fifteen minutes, check the cake and let it rest.

Step 9 : Once cooled, cut and serve.
