Bean Soup
Ingredients
2 cups of Beans in cooking
3 Chiltomas
1 pound of Cream
1 tablespoon of Butter
2 pounds of Hard cheese
1 Large onion
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, finely chop the chiltomas and onions, then sauté them in butter for about 10 minutes.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, wait for the bean soup to come to a boil. Once boiling, add the sautéed mixture to a large pot and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step 3 : Next, add the cheese and let it simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 4 : When serving, add cream and can be accompanied with rice or tortillas.
