In a pot, place the green beans, onion, tomato, and chiltomas washed.

Green Bean Soup
Ingredients
1 pound of Green beans
1 Dehydrated soup packet
2 Medium onions
2 Chiltomas
4 Tomatoes
4 Eggs
Cilantro
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash the green beans, onion, tomato, and chiltomas with water and place them in a pot.
Step 2 : Cut the onion into pieces, the tomato into slices, and the chiltoma into elongated strips.
Step 3 : Add the green beans and cook with the other ingredients, including the dehydrated soup, for 30 minutes.
Step 4 : When the soup boils, slowly add the beaten eggs.
Step 5 : Cook for an additional five minutes, removing when the egg is cooked.
Step 6 : Serve with tortillas and sprinkled with cilantro on top.
