½ Onion sliced in julienne

4 Cloves of garlic, minced

4 Tomatoes, diced

1 pinch of Salt

30 grams of Butter

3 tablespoons of Flour

2 ½ cups of Milk

1 cup of Broth

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, add the oil and sauté the julienned onion and minced garlic.

Step 2 : After a few minutes, when the onion is translucent, add the tomato and salt to taste.

Step 3 : Cover and let cook until the tomatoes are sautéed.

Step 4 : Turn off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

Step 5 : Then, blend the entire preparation and strain it.

Step 6 : Set aside.

Step 7 : In a pot, melt the butter and add the flour, mix well and add the milk, stirring until integrated.

Step 8 : Incorporate the broth and stir until it boils.

Step 9 : Then, add the tomato blend and check the salt level.

Step 10 : Let it boil for 2 minutes.
