Ingredients

½ kilogram of Cooked lentils

100 grams of Ground meat

100 grams of Smoked bacon

1 Sausage

½ kilogram of Pork ribs cut into medium pieces

1 Large potato, diced

3 Peeled carrots, diced

1 Large finely chopped tomato

1 Small chopped onion

2 Large chopped garlic

1 pinch of Thyme

3 Bay leaves

1 pinch of Salt

2 liters of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, pour enough oil and sauté the bacon, ribs, ground meat, onion, and garlic.

Step 2 : Season with thyme.

Step 3 : In another pot, bring water to a boil with a pinch of salt, bay leaves, lentils, peeled and diced potato, and carrots.

Step 4 : Add the previously sautéed meat and the whole sausage.

Step 5 : Let everything cook together for 30 minutes.

Step 6 : Adjust the salt and cook for another 20 minutes.
