1 Beef tail

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, place the main ingredients such as ribs, beef tail, bones, and beef cut, and cook until the meat is tender.

Step 2 : Add the corn, chiltomas, onions, squash, tomatoes, mint, cassava, keuquisque, and chilote to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Step 3 : Remove the foam that forms on the surface of the soup to eliminate excess fat.

Step 4 : Allow the soup to simmer on low heat for a few minutes so the flavors can meld.
