Ingredients

½ kilogram of Corn dough

½ kilogram of Grated cheese

1 ½ Chicken broth

1 liter of Milk

5 Garlic cloves

4 Bell peppers

3 Onions

1 tablespoon of Annatto

1 Chopped cilantro stem

1 pinch of Salt

1 kilogram of Cheese

1 kilogram of Corn dough

1 Egg

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, add enough water and bring to a boil with the soup ingredients.

Step 2 : Once boiling, add the corn dough with the milk to thicken slightly.

Step 3 : On the other hand, in a bowl, knead the corn dough with the grated cheese, beaten egg, and salt to taste to make doughnuts.

Step 4 : Fry the doughnuts in plenty of oil in a frying pan.

Step 5 : Once ready, serve with the soup.
