Ingredients

2 kilograms of Oxtail

1 kilogram of Beef bones

4 Garlic cloves

3 Onions

4 Tomatoes

1 kilogram of Cassava

2 Carrots

½ Cabbage

4 Corn

5 Bell peppers

1 cup of Bitter orange juice

Chopped cilantro

Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with enough water, place the oxtail pieces and beef bones along with the garlic and onions.

Step 2 : Cook for an hour.

Step 3 : Once the water is boiling, add the vegetables, the rest of the vegetables, chopped cilantro, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 4 : Set aside the cabbage to add it when the other vegetables are soft.

Step 5 : This dish can be served with rice.
