Ingredients
2 liters of Coconut milk
2 pounds of Cooked smoked meat
1 pound of Yuca
2 Chiltomas, julienned
1 pound of Quequisque or malanga
1 Onion, julienned
4 Ripe plantains
4 Green plantains
½ tablespoon of Achiote
4 Cilantro leaves
1 Chile cabro
½ Breadfruit
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large pot, bring the coconut milk to a boil.
Step 2 : Add the cilantro leaves, chiltomas, chili, achiote, and season with salt and pepper, then incorporate the meat.
Step 3 : Once the meat is cooked, add the quequisque and yuca.
Step 4 : After these vegetables are ready, add the breadfruit in chunks and the green plantains.
