Ingredients

1 pound of Croaker or similar fish

4 Lobster tails

12 Shrimp

12 Oysters

1 Shrimp bouillon cube

3 Onions

3 Celery sticks

1 Garlic head

4 Tomatoes

1 Cilantro sprig

4 Lemons

Preparation

Step 1 : To start, cut and wash the vegetables.

Step 2 : Then, in a pot, place these vegetables with approximately two liters of water and add the bouillon.

Step 3 : When the water starts to boil, add the celery, tomatoes, onion, and garlic.

Step 4 : Once the preparation begins to boil, add the lobsters, oysters, shrimp, and finally the fish fillet, which can be cut into pieces.

Step 5 : Let it cook for another ten minutes.

Step 6 : When serving, add lemon juice to taste.

Step 7 : For a side, it is recommended to serve with green plantain tostones.

Step 8 : It is best enjoyed hot.
