Traditional Lobster Soup
Ingredients
4 Lobster tails
2 liters of Milk
½ Stick of butter
Celery
1 Shrimp broth cube
2 Capsicum peppers
2 Onions
1 Sour orange
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the Nicaraguan lobster soup, first preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 : In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat and then add the chopped onions, sauté them until transparent.
Step 3 : Next, add the chopped lobster tails and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4 : Then, add the celery, capsicum peppers, and shrimp broth cube, then pour in the milk and sour orange juice.
Step 5 : Let the mixture simmer over low heat for 30 minutes and transfer to an oven tray, baking for 15 minutes.
Step 6 : Finally, serve the lobster soup hot to enjoy.
